Mkantsi River Lifestyle Estate is a development offering a secure, fulfilling lifestyle with an abundance on activities for nature lovers. I was tasked to create the logo and develop all advertising print materials from newspaper adverts to pamphlets and brochures. This project initially started out as a retirement development, but later evolved into a lifestyle estate as more and more young families expressed interest in living there. As a result, the branding had to be altered to suit the new target audience.
